Warranties
We offer you 7 days to inspect the goods that you have purchased from us according to our Standard Terms and Conditions. Some items have specific warranty, terms and returns policies and these are detailed on the individual product page and can always be viewed before purchasing. Day 1 commences on delivery day.
Our Standard Warranty on all products is 1 Year, unless otherwise stated on the product description.
It is important to understand that each cover / product that we supply has a limited lifespan which depends on the type of fabric cover purchased or the weather conditions it is exposed to.
Warranty Periods, Estimated Lifespans and Recommended Usage Information is detailed in the product information or description on your invoice. The lifespan of each product depends on weather conditions and as we cannot predict the weather in advance and its severity. We are not liable for any consequential damage to the covers that we supply because of unforeseen weather - this can include high UV conditions, high humidity, high rainfall, high winds, hail, cyclones, etc. Our estimated lifespan should not be relied upon and is indicative only. Where a lifespan is estimated at 12 months then the warranty is pro-rated during this period for the 12 months. The workmanship in Coverworld products are guaranteed to be free of defects at the time of manufacturer and should you notice a manufacturing defect within the first 12 months of ownership you may be entitled to a repair or replacement at our discretion pro-rated for the usage that you have had. Freight costs to and from our manufacturing / warehouse faulty are payable by the customer. It is your responsibility to track and insure your returned goods to ensure they are received by us. All covers should be properly installed and utilised and used for the purpose they are recommended / intended. (For example, if you use an indoor cover for outside applications or using a cover that is larger than the size of item it is installed on, then you are not utilising the cover correctly and you will not be able to make any claim under the warranty for its performance.)
If you are unsure if the cover / product that you have purchased will provide the lifespan or protection of coverage that you require, then we recommend that you
detailing your specific usage requirements, your invoice number and the location that the product will be used. We will respond to you within 5 working days.At Coverworld we offer an extensive range of covers to suit the majority of storage or cover requirements; in many instances the price is reflective of the cover fabric quality. It is normally the case that if you purchase the more expensive covers we sell then you will normally get the longest lifespan. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty and the look of the covers will change over time as all covers will change their overall appearance due to weather exposure and usage. You should read any specific usage instructions supplied with your cover / product as no liability is accepted for not following instructions or packaging details. We also recommend conducting regular fabric / cover maintenance, including using the specialist cleaners and fabric treatments that we offer.As well as our standard Warranty, the individual product you are purchasing may have its own specific warranty conditions which you should familiarise yourself with before making your purchase.
