DELIVERY TIMES

We dispatch all of our covers by Star Track Express who offer excellent service and at very competive prices.

Where items are marked next day dispatch this is when they will be sent out to you, for items marked dispacthed within 5 days are nonstock items that we will order in for you with our regular weekly order. If we expect any delay past 5 days we will contact you.


DELIVERY CHARGES

It is important to understand that in very few instances are the full delivery costs charged to you and we note on many items how much towards delivery is included in the cost of the cover. However should you order the incorrect item and need to send it back to us and have a replacement sent out then you will be responsible for paying the full return freight and second parcel dispatch costs. This can be very costly so please feel free to contact us to ask any questions about any of our covers.


AUSTRALIA POST

If you wish to have your order delivered to a PO Box there is always a fixed minimum charge of $10 because they do not collect parcels from us daily.

Also you will find in most cases that delivery via Australia Post is considerably more expensive via Australia Post than Startrack Express.
